Emily has practiced family law for the past six years and routinely attends the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and Unified Family Courts. Emily handles all manners of family law issues.

Emily is well-versed in issues stemming from separation and takes a caring and pragmatic approach to your family law needs.

She is empaneled as an agent for the Office of the Children's Lawyer, representing children in family law and child protection matters.  

​

Emily volunteers as a Lawyer Supervisor for Pro Bono Students Canada and is on the Board of Directors for Contact Hamilton.

Patrick is well experienced in family litigation, having practiced family law for over six years. Patrick regularly attends the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and Unified Family Courts.

Patrick encourages settlement in matters and assists with the preparation of domestic contracts, including separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts, in addition to litigation. 

​

Patrick is an involved member of the Hamilton and Dundas tennis community in his spare time.
